摘　　要：中石油辽阳石化分公司2.4 Mt/a渣油加氢脱硫装置首次开工以俄罗斯原油的减压蜡油、减压渣油、催化裂化重循环油和催化裂化重柴油为原料,生产优质催化裂化原料,同时产出少量柴油和石脑油。催化剂、催化剂装填和反应器流程设计有值得参考和借鉴之处。由于该装置原料中掺炼催化重循环油对装置反应器压力降影响较大,为此在催化裂化装置增设催化重循环油反冲洗过滤器。标定期间,主要产品的质量指标满足生产要求,主要产品收率高于设计值,装置能耗低于设计值。For the first time,the 2.4 MM TPY residue hydrodesulfurization unit of PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company started to produce high-quality FCC feedstock with vacuum wax oil,vacuum residue,catalytic heavy cycle oil and catalytic heavy diesel oil of Russian crude oil,while producing a small amount of diesel oil and naphtha.Catalyst,catalyst loading and reactor process design are worthy of reference.Because the mixing of FCC heavy cycle oil in the feedstock of the unit has a great influence on the reactor pressure drop of the unit,a backwash filter for catalytic cycle oil is added to the FCCU.During the calibration period,the quality indexes of main products meet the production requirements,the yield of main products is higher than the design value,and the energy consumption of the device during the calibration period is lower than the design value.
