催化裂化提升管回炼焦化汽油探索分析

摘  要:为提高焦化汽油综合利用价值,分析了焦化汽油至催化裂化提升管底部回炼的可行性。在满足催化裂化(催化)汽油吸附脱硫(S Zorb)装置脱硫能力的条件下,通过焦化汽油回炼至提升管底部的高温高剂油比区域,使焦化汽油重新反应转化,获得更高附加值产品。实施焦化汽油回炼催化裂化装置后,焦化汽油转化为主要产品的收率为汽油57.4%、液化石油气26.7%、干气7.5%。通过分析得出,催化裂化装置提升管回炼焦化汽油是否有利于提高全厂的经济效益,应综合考虑全厂汽油池组成以及催化装置的运行负荷是否满足回炼条件。In order to improve the comprehensive utilization value of coking gasoline,the feasibility of coking gasoline refining at the bottom of FCC riser reactor was analyzed.Under the condition of satisfying the processing capacity of S Zorb unit,the coking gasoline could be reacted and converted to higher added value products by refining the coking gasoline at the high temperature and high solvent-oil ratio area at the bottom of the riser reactor.After the implementation of coking gasoline refining unit,the yield of coking gasoline converted into main products were 57.4% for gasoline,26.7% for LPG and 7.5% for dry gas.The analysis shown that,whether the FCC riser reactor improve the economic benefits of the whole plant depends on the composition of the gasoline pool and whether the operation load of the catalytic unit meets the refining conditions.
