摘 要:介绍了大连西太平洋石油化工有限公司催化裂化装置因第一再生器二级旋风分离器衬里脱落堵塞料腿导致再生器催化剂跑损,简述了催化剂跑损原因的判断过程,分析了催化剂跑损对其循环流化、管线设备以及各系统的影响并提出了应对措施。通过将新鲜剂加入位置由第一再生器改至第二再生器,并将跑损的催化剂补充回再生系统等调整,将系统平衡剂平均粒径稳定在85~90μm,目的产品收率明显提高,品质改善,其中液化石油气收率由16.0%提高至16.5%以上,汽油收率由40%~41%提高至43%以上,油浆密度由1.04 g/cm^3提高至1.08 g/cm^3,油浆收率由10.4%降至9.5%。实现了装置稳定操作,改善了产品分布,保证了装置大负荷生产。It investigated the causes for abnormal loss of regenerator catalyst in FCC unit of PetroChina Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.The main reason was the falling off of the liner of the secondary rotary separator in the first regenerator.The process of judging the cause of catalyst loss was described.The influence of catalyst loss on catalyst circulation fluidization,pipeline equipment and various systems were analyzed,and the countermeasures were put forward.The yield of the target product and the quality were improved obviously by changing the position of the fresh catalyst from the first regenerator to the second regenerator,adding the lost catalyst back to the regeneration system,and stabilizing the average particle size of the equilibrium catalysts at 85~90μm.The yield of LPG increased from about 16% to over 16.5%,the yield of gasoline increased from 40%~41% to over 43%,the density of oil slurry increased from 1.04 g/cm^3 to 1.08 g/cm^3,and the yield of oil slurry decreased from 10.4% to 9.5%.The stable operation of the device was realized,the product distribution was improved,and the large load production of the device was ensured.
