摘  要:M-PHG真硫化态催化剂在中国石油玉门油田炼油厂(玉门炼化)0.4 Mt/a催化裂化汽油(催化汽油)加氢脱硫装置上成功应用。结果表明:加氢催化剂采用器外真硫化技术相比传统技术具有显著优势,开工过程省去氮气干燥和器内硫化等环节,开工时间至少节省8 d,且无含硫酸性废水、废气排放。开工过程简单、环保,产品质量满足企业生产Ⅵ(B)汽油的要求,对缓解炼油企业装置开工过程中的安全、环保压力具有重要意义。通过初期产品分析数据可以看出,M-PHG真硫化态催化剂完全可以满足玉门炼化生产符合Ⅵ(B)标准汽油的要求,汽油产品硫质量分数稳定在14μg/g以内,辛烷值(RON)损失1.8单位,脱硫反应温度下降10℃,具有良好的脱硫活性。The M-PHG true sulfurized catalyst has been successfully applied in the 0.4 MM TPY catalytic gasoline hydrodesulfurization unit of Yumen refinery.The application results show that the hydrogenation catalyst adopts the off-site real sulfurization technology has more significant advantages compared with the traditional technology,and the start-up process omits nitrogen drying and sulfur in the reactor,saved the start-up time of at least 8 days,and there is no acid waste water and waste gas containing sulfur emission during the start-up process.The start-up process is simple and environmentally friendly,and the product quality meets the requirements of the enterprise to produce Guo Ⅵ(B)gasoline,which is of great significance to relieve the pressure of safety and environmental protection during the start-up process of the refining enterprises.From the initial product analysis data,it can be seen that the M-PHG true sulfurized catalyst can fully meet the requirements of Yumen refining to produce the Guo Ⅵ(B)standard gasoline,the sulfur content of gasoline products is stable within 14μg/g,RON loss is 1.8 units,and the desulfurization reaction temperature drops by 10℃,with good desulfurization activity.
