摘  要:发雾是真空镀铝中常见的缺陷之一,一般源于素材表面吸湿。本文描述了后车灯无底涂镀铝中遇到的一个特例。在ABS素材成型加工中,各路熔体汇流到鼻梁表面时形成积气,导致镀铝后发雾。分析了形成积气的原因。通过注塑成型中多项工艺改进,稳定了镀铝工艺,令发雾缺陷得到了较好的控制。Hazy coating is one of the common defects for vacuum aluminum plating,which is generally due to the hygroscopicity of material surface.A special case encountered during primer-free aluminum plating on rear light body was described.Various melts converge to the surface of the bridge during the injection molding of ABS plastic,resulting in the accumulation of gas,therefore a hazy aluminum coating is formed.The causes for the accumulation of gas was analyzed.The aluminum plating process was stabilized through several improvements in molding,and the hazy defect on the aluminized surface was well controlled.
