水性丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂涂料的研制及性能研究

摘　　要：用预先制备的含有不饱和二元酸的醇酸预聚物与丙烯酸单体共聚,然后在醇酸树脂分子中通过与甲基丙烯酸单体聚合引入羧基,合成出水性丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂。再选用合适的助剂与该树脂一起配制出性能优良的水性丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂涂料,研究了酸性单体的用量,催干剂的种类和用量,以及不同增稠剂对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,当甲基丙烯酸的用量为单体总质量的4%,树脂的酸值为40 mg/g(以KOH计)左右,引发剂用量为单体总质量的1.5%,水性催干剂用量为树脂固含量的0.8%,增稠剂RHEOLATE299的用量为涂料总质量的0.5%时,涂料表干时间20 min,实干时间≤12 h,涂膜的60°光泽为95,铅笔硬度为H,耐水时间72 h。An alkyd prepolymer containing unsaturated dicarboxylic acid was copolymerized with acrylic monomers,and then carboxyl groups were introduced into the alkyd resin through polymerization with methacrylic monomers to synthesize a waterborne acrylic-modified alkyd resin.A waterborne acrylic-modified alkyd paint with good performance was prepared therefrom by adding some appropriate additives.The effects of the amount of acidic monomer,the type and amount of drier,and different thickeners on properties of the paint were studied.The paint prepared from a resin synthesized with methacrylic acid 4%and initiator 1.5%(both with respect to the total mass of monomers)at an acid value of ca.40 mg KOH per gram when the water-based drier was 0.8%of the solid content of the resin and the RHEOLATE299 thickener was 0.5%of the total mass of the paint had a tack-free time of 20 min and a practical drying time≤12 h.The coating obtained therefrom had a 60°glossiness of 95,a pencil hardness of H,and a water resistance time of 72 h.
