摘　　要：GDX2包装机组是国内卷烟包装设备的主流机型,其配套的单机有ZB55、ZB65、ZB95。其机组至国产引进消化吸收后,在各产品生产厂家使用效果良好。由于该机组设计制造于20世纪90年代初。有部份机构不能进行自动化的原材料供给。在生产过程中,拉线卷的更换用时1~2min不等,且更换期间设备停止运行,影响了设备的运行效率,同时,拉线卷在转动过程中容易松动。文章旨在对拉线卷固定装置的深入研究,利用弹簧变形时产生的作用力,研制一种可实现拉线卷快换的装置。拉线卷在该装置上固定牢靠,更换过程省时、省力。拉线快换装置的应用能减少停机时间,降低操作工的劳动强度,提高设备运行效率。GDX2 packaging unit is the mainstream model of domestic cigarette packaging equipment,and its supporting single machine is ZB55,ZB65,ZB95.After its units are imported,digested and absorbed in China,they are used well in various product manufacturers.Effi ciency is an important measure of equipment performance.Continuously improving the operating effi ciency of equipment is the direction of the company's consistent efforts.Because the unit was designed and manufactured in the early 1990s.Some organizations cannot automate the supply of raw materials.In the production process,the replacement of the wire coil takes 1-2 minutes,and the equipment stops operating during the replacement,which affects the operation effi ciency of the equipment.At the same time,the wire coil is easy to loosen during rotation.The purpose of this article is to make an in-depth study on the fixing device of the cable reel,and use the force generated when the spring is deformed to develop a device that can quickly change the cable reel.The wire drawing coil is fixed firmly on the device,and the replacement process saves time and effort.The application of the cable quick-change device can reduce downtime,reduce the labor intensity of the operator,and improve the operating efficiency of the equipment.
