摘  要:起落架是飞机结构中的重要部件之一,不仅承受着飞机与地面接触时产生的静、动载荷,还需要吸收飞机在着陆、高速滑跑时所产生的能量。活塞杆作为起落架的关键受力部件,本文以活塞杆为研究对象,通过ANSYS对活塞杆进行应力分析。通过APDL存储求解结果并导出,利用MATLAB搭建数据批量后处理系统。将活塞杆的有限元分析结果和数据后处理相结合,并对有限元的求解结果进行了深入研究,使得工程技术人员可以针对求解数据进行后续开发,为有限元分析提出了新的思路,改善后期数据的处理与交互。Landing gear is one of the important parts of aircraft structure.It not only bears the static and dynamic loads generated when the aircraft contacts the ground,but also needs to absorb the energy generated when the aircraft lands and slides at high speed.The piston rod is the key part of the landing gear.This paper takes the piston rod as the research object,and analyzes the stress of the piston rod by ANSYS.The solution results are stored and exported by APDL,and the data batch post-processing system is built by MATLAB.The finite element analysis results of piston rod are combined with data post-processing,and the solution results of the finite element are studied in depth,so that the engineers and technicians can carry out the follow-up development for the solution data,and put forward new ideas for the finite element analysis,improve the treatment and interaction of the later data.
