摘 要:以某变速箱一级齿轮副为研究对象,通过专业齿轮分析软件Romax对齿轮副进行精确建模,在模拟工况下对轮齿进行啮合性能分析,基于传动误差,齿向载荷的分析结果,利用齿轮修形数学模型确定综合修形量,并以传动误差平稳性,齿向载荷分布均匀性作为评价指标。经过修形,传动误差峰值降低了95%,齿向载荷分布变得均匀,且集中在齿宽中部。有效的改善了齿轮传动的平稳性,提高了齿轮穿的承载能力,达到了降振,减噪的目的。In this article,taking the first gear pair of a gearbox as the research object,accurate modeling of the gear pair is completed by using the professional gear analysis software Romax,and the meshing performance of the gear teeth is analyzed under simulated working conditions.Based on the transmission error and the analysis results of tooth load,the comprehensive modification amount is determined by using the gear modification mathematical model;and the smoothness of the transmission error and the uniformity of the tooth load distribution are used as the evaluation indicators.After modification,the peak transmission error is reduced by 95%;the tooth load distribution becomes uniform,and concentrates in the middle of the tooth width.The stability of the gear transmission is effectively improved,the bearing capacity of the gear is improved,and the purpose of reducing vibration and noise is achieved.
