摘  要:精度是天平校准设备研制的核心问题。天平载荷越大,精度实现越困难。为实现大载荷条件下的天平校准精确复位,研究了在多个领域有成熟应用先例的非正交并联机构其应用于天平校准复位系统的可能性和先进性。通过计算和分析,验证了并联机构应用于天平校准复位领域,对于提高天平校准系统的精度和效率有重要意义。Precision is the core problem in the development of balance calibration equipment.The larger the balance load is,the more difficult the precision is to realize.In order to realize accurate reset of the balance calibration under large load,this paper studies the possibility and advancement of the application of non-orthogonal parallel mechanism in balance calibration and reset system with mature application in many fields.Through calculation and analysis,it is verified that the parallel mechanism applied in the field of balance calibration and reset is of great significance to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the balance calibration system.
