摘 要:以某钢厂1580热轧锻钢复合支承辊为研究对象,针对辊套应力场分布和辊套厚度确定问题,应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对复合支承辊应力和辊套厚度进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明,辊套端部的应力值较中间的应力值较大一些,最大等效应力在靠近辊套的边缘不远处,所以在设计辊套时为减小应力,在边部应设计有倒角;对辊套厚度分别为100 mm、110 mm、120 mm时的应力值进行了计算分析,辊套厚度为110时应力最小,根据计算,辊套厚度选取110较为合适,为复合式轧辊的研制提供了理论依据。In this paper,the 1580 hot-rolled and forged steel composite support roller of a steel plant is taken as the research object.Aiming at the problems such as the stress field distribution and the thickness determination of the roll sleeve,the stress of the composite backup roller and the thickness of the roller sleeve are numerically simulated by using the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.The calculation results show that stress value at the end of the roller sleeve is larger than that in the middle,and the maximum equivalent stress is not far from the edge of the roller sleeve.Therefore,in order to reduce the stress when designing the roller sleeve,chamfers should be designed at the edge.The stress values are calculated and analyzed respectively when the thickness of roller sleeve is 100mm,110mm and 120mm;and the stress is the smallest when the thickness is 110mm.According to the calculation,it is more appropriate that the thickness of the roller sleeve is 110mm,which provides theoretical basis for the development of composite rolls.
