摘  要:纵观压裂装备发展趋势,电驱压裂装备作为清洁、高效、节能的油气开发装备,势必将逐步取代传统的柴油机驱动压裂装备。结合页岩气压裂作业运行模式及装备配置需求,重点论述燃气涡轮发电机组供电与网电供电两种技术方案,确定了两种供电方案所需的核心装备及整体配置需求,对两种供电方案的燃料成本进行测算与对比,供客户根据实际需求进行选择。整体供电技术方案的研究将为电驱压裂装备的市场开拓、工业化应用及为客户提供更好的作业服务具有重要价值和实际意义。Throughout the development trend of fracturing equipment,as a clean,efficient and energy-saving oil and gas development equipment,the electric-drive fracturing equipment is bound to gradually replace the traditional diesel-driven fracturing equipment.In this paper,based on the operation mode and equipment configuration requirements of shale gas pressure cracking operation,the two technical schemes of gas turbine generator unit power supply and grid power supply are discussed emphatically;the core equipment and the overall configuration requirements of the two power supply schemes are determined,and fuel costs of the two power supply schemes are calculated and compared for customers to choose according to the actual needs.The research on the overall power supply technology scheme will have important value and practical significance for the market development,industrial application of the electric drive fracturing equipment,and providing better operation service for customers.
