摘 要:本文总结了北方稻田大鳞鲃鱼种的养殖技术,包括选鱼种与选田、稻田改造、消毒、鱼种投放、饲料及投喂、水质调节、农药施用等。经调查可知,收获时大鳞鲃全长9.0~17.0 cm,平均重量达52 g/尾,产量为340.5~361.5 kg/hm^2。稻田养鱼不仅能够提高土地和水资源的利用率,降低生产成本,减少化肥和农药的使用,还能提高水稻品质。稻渔双收,综合增收达到9000元/hm^2以上。In this paper,the breeding technology of Barbus capito fingerling in rice field in northern China was summarized,including species selection and field selection,rice field reconstruction,disinfection,fingerling placement,feed and feeding,water quality adjustment,pesticide application and so on.According to the investigation,the total length of B.capito was 9.0-17.0 cm,the average weight was 52 g per fish,and the yield was 340.5-361.5 kg/hm2.Rice fish farming can not only improve the utilization rate of land and water resources,reduce production costs,reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides,but also improve the quality of rice.Rice and fishery can all have income,the comprehensive income increase will be above 9000 yuan/hm2.
