摘 要:文章旨在研究柿子皮及其乙醇提取物对产蛋后期蛋鸡的生产性能、蛋品质及肝脏脂肪的影响。将50周龄的450只海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复18只鸡,各组分别饲喂基础日粮,基础日粮+0.2%柿子皮,基础日粮+0.4%柿子皮,基础日粮+0.05%柿子皮乙醇提取物,基础日粮+0.1%柿子皮乙醇提取物。结果:日粮添加0.4%柿子皮较其他组产蛋率分别提高4.70%、4.42%、4.52%和16.49%(P<0.05),其中0.1%柿子皮乙醇提取物组产蛋率和蛋鸡每天产蛋重最低(P<0.05)。日粮添加0.2%和0.4%柿子皮或0.05%柿子皮提取物组较对照组显著改善了蛋壳颜色(P<0.05),而0.05%柿子皮乙醇提取物组较0.2%柿子皮组和0.1%柿子皮乙醇提取物组显著改善了蛋黄颜色(P<0.05)。而0.05%柿子皮乙醇提取物组较0.2%柿子皮组和0.1%柿子皮乙醇提取物组显著改善了蛋黄颜色(P<0.05)。0.4%柿子皮组和0.1%柿子皮乙醇提取物组较其他组显著降低了蛋鸡肝脏胆固醇含量(P<0.05),同时这两组肝脏甘油三酯含量也显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。日粮添加柿子皮或其乙醇提取物较对照组显著降低了蛋鸡肝脏磷脂含量(P<0.05)。结论:在蛋鸡日粮中添加柿子皮有利于提高蛋鸡生产性能,改善蛋鸡生产后期鸡蛋品质,提高肝脏脂质浓度。The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the effects of persimmon peel and its ethanol extract on the performance,egg quality and liver fat of laying hens.450 Hyline brown shell layers at the age of 50 weeks were randomly divided into 5 groups,5 replicates in each group and 18 replicates in each group.Each group was fed the basic diet,basic diet+0.2%or 0.4%persimmon peel,basic diet+0.05%or 0.1%persimmon peel ethanol extract.Results:compared with the other groups,the egg production rate increased by 4.70%,4.42%,4.52%and 16.49%,respectively(P<0.05).The ethanol extract of 0.1%persimmon peel showed the lowest egg production rate and the lowest egg weight of laying hens(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the persimmon peel extract group with dietary supplementation of 0.2%and 0.4%or 0.05%of persimmon peel extract significantly improved the egg shell color(P<0.05),while the persimmon peel extract group with 0.05%of persimmon peel ethanol extract group significantly improved the yolk color compared with 0.2%and 0.1%of persimmon peel ethanol extract group(P<0.05).The 0.05%persimmon peel ethanol extract group significantly improved the yolk color compared with 0.2%persimmon peel extract group and 0.1%persimmon peel ethanol extract group(P<0.05).Compared with other groups,the 0.4%persimmon peel group and 0.1%persimmon peel ethanol extract group significantly reduced the cholesterol content in the liver of laying layer(P<0.05),and the triglyceride content in the liver of these two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Dietary addition of persimmon peel or its ethanol extract significantly reduced the content of phospholipid in layer liver compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:adding persimmon peel to the layer diet can improve the production performance,improve the egg quality and improve the liver lipid concentration.
