摘　　要：随着数字化的发展,“纸电同步”已成为高校图书馆文献资源建设的一大趋势,根据笔者在实际采购工作过程中遇到的问题,对当今“纸电同步”背景下高校图书馆的文献资源建设过程中遇到的文献采访以及文献编目方面的问题进行了分析,总结出“纸电同步”背景下高校图书馆文献资源建设的处理方式和方法。With the development of digitalization,“Paper-electronic Synchronization”has become a major trend in the construction of literature resources in university libraries.Based on the problems encountered in the process of procurement,this paper analyzes the problems existing in literature acquisition and cataloging in constructing literature resources under the background of“Paper-electronic Synchronization”,and then puts forward some approaches.
