摘  要:运木散货船的木材绑扎系统用于固定露天甲板堆放的木材,由立柱、拱背绑扎索、横跨绑扎索和摆动索组成。以30 000 DWT运木散货船为设计案例,阐述了《2011年木材甲板货运输船舶安全操作规则》中木材绑扎构件设计和通道布置要求,对相应系统进行分析介绍,特别是规则中新增的对防护立柱强度要求及实船支柱强度计算和设计应用。The securing system applied to fix the timbers on the weather deck of a timber carrier consists of the protection stanchions,hog lashings,top-over lashings and wiggle lashings.Taking a capacity of 30000 DWT timber carrier as an example,the paper introduced Code of safe practice for ships carrying timber deck cargoes,2011 that has clear requirements to the design of the timber securing components and safe access.The timber securing system,especially concerned with the extra requirements of the Code to the strength of the stanchions,including the strength calculation and the design application to the vessel as well.
