摘  要:沥青船属于小范畴的一类油船,同样需要满足MAROPL公约对事故性溢油性能的要求。但由于沥青货品的特殊性,常规油船的管系布置方案常常难以满足沥青船船东的使用维护保养要求。通过对37 000 DWT沥青船进行事故性溢油性能计算,提出一种累积溢油量方法,计入管系布置对于平均溢油量参数的影响。通过优化管系布置,既满足公约的要求,又节约建造成本,同时方便使用维护。Asphalt tanker is a minor type of oil tanker,which also needs to comply with the requirement of MARPOL to the accidental oil outflow performance.But due to the special property of asphalt,the cargo pipe arrangement for oil tanker could not satisfy the demand of operation and maintenance from the asphalt tanker owners.Taken a 37000 DWT asphalt tanker as an example and taking into account the adverse effect of the piping arrangement,a methodology was proposed in calculating the accident oil outflow performance for asphalt tanker by accumulating the oil outflow.By means of the optimization of the pipelines,the accidental oil outflow performance could be fulfilled at a lower cost accordingly.At the meantime,the pipelines could be maintained easily.
