摘 要:针对现有色谱分析法测定时间长、相对保留时间漂移大、色谱柱流失快等问题,筛选出一种能够分离工业三聚甲醛溶液中各个组分的毛细管色谱柱,后续对色谱仪柱温、载气流速等典型色谱条件进行了优化。结果表明,色谱分析时间从23 min缩短至14 min,各个组分分离度均大于1.5,对称因子几乎接近于1,甲醛、甲醇、甲酸甲酯、甲缩醛、二氧戊环、苯、三聚甲醛的检出限依次为0.0065%,0.0070%,0.0088%,0.0080%,0.0080%,0.0102%,0.0123%。In view of long determination time,large drift of relative retention time and fast loss of chromatographic column,etc.,a capillary column for separating the components in the trioxane solution is screened.The typical chromatographic conditions including column temperature and carrier gas flow rate are optimized.The results show that the analytical time is shortened from 23 minutes to 14 minutes,and the resolution of each component is higher than 1.5,the detection limits of formaldehyde,methanol,methyl formate,methylal acetal,dioxolane,benzene and trioxane are 0.0065%,0.0070%,0.0088%,0.0080%,0.0080%,0.0102%,0.0123%,respectively.
