摘 要:针对宁夏地区冬季温度低、夏季温度高和昼夜温差大易造成屋面防水层破坏的问题,采用一种新型防水材料PTN石油沥青聚氨酯(Polyurethane Triethylcitrate N-N-dimethylethanolamine)作为宁夏银川火车站屋面防水材料。通过对PTN材料涂膜厚度为3 mm、5 mm和7 mm的试验模拟盒进行冻融试验,研究了PTN在冻融条件下的抗冻性能及变形规律。结果表明:经过多次冻融循环后,PTN材料表观没有发生明显破坏,材料的延性和应变性能仍然较好;同等条件下,随着涂膜厚度的增加,试件的塑性应变减小;随着冻融次数的增加,PTN材料受自身重力的影响,其侧面应变较底面的应变幅度大。建议在银川火车站屋面防水施工时,弧顶坡面采用3 mm厚的PTN材料,平屋顶处采用5 mm厚的PTN材料。Aiming at the low temperature in winter,high temperature in summer and large temperature difference between day and night in Ningxia,a new type waterproof material of PTN(Polyurethane Triethylcitrate N-N-dimethylethanolamine)is used for roofing of Yinchuan Railway Station in Ningxia.Through freezing and thawing test,the freeze-thaw resistance and deformation of PTN materials are investigated with the coating thickness of 3 mm,5 mm and 7 mm under the freeze-thaw conditions.The results show that after repeated freeze-thaw cycles,the PTN material has not been damaged significantly,and its toughness and strain properties of the material are still good.Under the same conditions,the plastic strain of PNT decreases with the increase of the coating thickness.With the increase of frequency of freeze-thaw cycles,the PTN material is affected by its own gravity,and its lateral strain is larger than the bottom one.It is recommended that as for the PTN material with thickness of 3 mm is useful for the curve roof and 5 mm is for the flat roof of Yinchuan Railway Station.
