摘　　要：目的探讨柔性管理配合专科护理质量指标提高肠道清洁度的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月~2019年3月我院消化内科收治的200例肠镜检查患者,根据入院顺序随机分为对照组100例与观察组100例,两组患者均接受我科实施的柔性管理护理策略,在此基础上,观察组患者接受包括药物服用正确率、肠道评估正确率、肠镜护理记录正确率、医患满意度和患者肠镜知识知晓率共5个维度在内的专科护理质量指标护理策略。收集两组患者临床资料进行对比分析。结果经过不同策略护理措施后,观察组患者在药物服用正确率、肠道评估正确率、肠镜护理记录正确率、医患满意度和患者肠镜知识知晓率5个维度指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在肉眼肠道准备合格率和镜下肠道清洁良好率方面,观察组患者均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在柔性管理策略的基础上,实施包括药物服用正确率、肠道评估正确率、肠镜护理记录正确率、医患满意度和患者肠镜知识知晓率共5个维度在内的专科护理质量指标护理策略,能够有效提高肠镜检查患者的肠道清洁度,促进肠道准备工作标准化,对于改善患者预后意义重大。Objective To explore the clinical effect of flexible management combined with Specialty nursing quality index to improve intestinal cleanliness.Methods 200 colonoscopy patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(100 cases)and the observation group(100 cases)according to the order of admission.The patients in both groups accepted the flexible management nursing strategy implemented by our department.Based on this,patients in the observation group received five dimensions of Specialty nursing quality index nursing strategies,including correct rate of medication administration,correct rate of bowel evaluation,correct rate of colonoscopy nursing records,doctor-patient satisfaction and patient’s awareness rate of colonoscopy knowledge.The clinical data of the two groups of patients were collected for comparative analysis.Results After different strategies of nursing measures,the patients in observation group were superior to patients in control group in five dimensions of correct rate of medication administration,correct rate of bowel evaluation,correct rate of colonoscopy nursing records,doctor-patient satisfaction and patient’s awareness rate of colonoscopy knowledge,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were also superior to the control group in the qualified rate of gross intestinal preparation and excellent rate of bowel cleansing under the microscope(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the flexible management strategy,the quality of specialty nursing including the correct rate of drug taking,implementation of five dimensions of Specialty nursing quality index,including correct rate of medication administration,correct rate of bowel evaluation,correct rate of colonoscopy nursing records,doctor-patient satisfaction and patient’s awareness rate of colonoscopy knowledge,can effectively improve intestinal cleanliness of patients undergoing colonoscopy and promote the standardization o
