透明质酸保湿膏对斑块状银屑病患者治疗效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探索透明质酸保湿膏对斑块状银屑病患者皮损治疗及预后、瘙痒情况的临床疗效。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院皮肤科收治的斑块状银屑病患者112例,随机分为两组(实验组58例,对照组54例),对照组局部外用卡泊三醇乳膏,实验组在给予卡泊三醇乳膏外用基础上联合外用透明质酸保湿膏。分别在治疗第4、8周观察患者皮损治疗情况、瘙痒情况,随访6个月观察患者皮损复发情况。结果治疗4、8周时,两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周时,两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周时,两组患者瘙痒评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周、第6个月随访时,实验组患者瘙痒评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论透明质酸保湿膏能有效改善斑块状银屑病患者皮损处的瘙痒状况、改善患者生活质量、延缓复发,对于斑块状银屑病皮损起到辅助治疗作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hyaluronic acid moisturizing cream on the treatment of skin lesions,prognosis and pruritus in patients with plaque psoriasis.Methods A total of 112 patients with plaque psoriasis treated in the dermatology department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the study group(n=58)and the control group(n=54).The control group applied calcipotriol ointment topically,and the study group applied topical hyaluronic acid moisturizing cream on the basis of the control group.At the 4th and 8th week of treatment,the skin lesion treatment and pruritus were observed,and the skin lesion recurrence was observed during the 6-month follow-up.Results At the 4th and 8th week of treatment,there were no significant differences in the effective rates between the two groups(P>0.05);At the 8th week of treatment,there was significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).At the 4th week of treatment,there was no significant difference in the pruritus score between the two groups(P>0.05);At the 8th week of treatment and 6th month of follow-up,the pruritus scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyaluronic acid moisturizing cream can effectively improve the pruritus of skin lesions in patients with plaque psoriasis,improve the quality of life of patients,delay the recurrence,and play an adjuvant role for the treatment of plaque psoriasis skin lesions.
