经腹股沟切口睾丸下降固定术治疗小儿隐睾症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究经腹股沟切口睾丸下降固定术治疗小儿隐睾症的效果。方法:2016年1月-2019年1月收治小儿隐睾症患者100例,对所有患者进行彩超检查,随后采用经腹股沟切口睾丸下降固定术进行治疗,观察术后恢复情况。结果:术后1个月恢复73例(73.0%),术后3个月恢复82例(82.0%),术后6个月恢复96例(96.0%);所有患者均没有出现睾丸回缩及坏死现象。结论:经腹股沟切口睾丸下降固定术治疗小儿隐睾症具有一定的临床应用效果。Objective:To explore the effect of testicular descent fixation through groin incision in the treatment of children with cryptorchidism.Methods:100 children with cryptorchidism were selected from January 2016 to January 2019,all children were examined by color ultrasound and then treated by testicular descent fixation through groin incision.We observed the recovery situation after operation.Results:73 cases(73.0%)recovered one month after operation,82 cases(82.0%)recovered three months after operation and 96 cases(96.0%)recovered six months after operation.There was no testicular retraction or necrosis in all children.Conclusion:Testicular descent fixation through groin incision in the treatment of children with cryptorchidism has certain clinical effect.
