摘　　要：目的:探讨蛇毒类血凝酶制剂速乐涓与巴曲亭对外科手术患者凝血功能的影响。方法:选取2016年8月-2018年12月外科手术患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。A组使用速乐涓进行止血;B组使用巴曲亭进行止血。比较两组用药前后对患者凝血功能的影响。结果:两组患者用药后血浆纤维蛋白原(Fbg)浓度均较用药前显著减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而血浆纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)水平均较用药前显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:速乐涓与巴曲亭能引起手术患者血浆Fbg水平降低,FDP水平增加,用药时应监测患者凝血功能,预防低纤维蛋白血症诱发的出血现象。Objective:To investigate the effects of Slounaseand Baquting on coagulation function of surgical patients.Methods:From August 2016 to December 2018,120 surgical patients were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The A group was hemostatic with Slounase.The B group was hemostatic with Baquting.The effects of the two groups on the coagulation function of patients before and after medication were compared.Results:The plasma fibrinogen(Fbg)concentration of the two groups of patients was significantly reduced compared with before the medication,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of plasma fibrinogen degradation products(FDP)increased significantly compared to before administration,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Slounase and Baquting can cause plasma Fbg levels to decrease and FDP levels to increase in patients undergoing surgery.Patients should be monitored for coagulation function to prevent bleeding caused by hypofibrinemia.
