摘　　要：目的:探讨拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法:2017年11月-2018年11月收治妊娠期高血压患者48例,随机分为两组,各24例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗;观察组给予硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后血压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压临床效果显著,可降低血压,用药安全性良好。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of labetalol in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:From November 2017 to November 2018,48 patients with gestational hypertension were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 24 cases in each.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate.The observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate and rabeprolol.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The blood pressure level after treatment of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of labetalol in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension is significant,it can reduce blood pressure,drug safety is good.
