中医对低血压的辨证认识及诊治优势

摘　　要：低血压是一种严重危害人体健康的常见病,中医认为低血压以虚症为主,尤其是气虚、血虚及气血双虚。目前治疗低血压的主要方剂包括补中益气汤、生脉散、桂枝甘草汤、四君子汤、归脾汤、沙参麦冬汤、升陷汤,成药主要有仙桂胶囊、益气升清胶囊、参松养心胶囊、参麦注射液、生脉注射液、枳实注射液,优势方剂归经以入心经、脾经、肺经、肾经为主。经临床研究表明,中医方剂、中医成药疗效颇佳,但还需开展大量的基础研究和大规模的临床对照研究,进一步阐明成药的临床作用机制。Hypotension is a common disease that seriously endangers human health,Chinese medicine thinks hypotension is mainly asthenic symptoms,especially of deficiency of qi,deficiency of blood and deficiency of qi and blood.At present,the main prescriptions for the treatment of hypotension include Buzhong Yiqi decoction,Shengmai powder,Guizhi Gancao decoction,Sijunzi decoction,Guipi decoction,Shashen Maidong decoction and Shengxian decoction.The patent medicines are Xiangui capsule,Yiqi Shengqing capsule,Shensong Yangxin capsule,Shenmai injection,Shengmai injection,Zhishi injection,the dominant prescriptions of channel tropisms are mainly to enter the heart meridian,spleen meridian,lung meridian and kidney meridian.The clinical research shows that the traditional Chinese medicine prescription and traditional Chinese patent medicine are effective,but it still need to carry out a lot of basic research and large-scale clinical control research to further clarify the clinical mechanism of action of patent medicine.
