摘　　要：目的:分析五子衍宗汤治疗男性弱精少精症的临床疗效。方法:2017年8月-2018年12月诊治少弱精症患者84例,随机分为两组。观察组应用五子衍宗汤加减治疗;对照组采用常规西药治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后精液量、精子密度、精子成活率及血睾酮水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五子衍宗汤治疗男性弱精少精症,疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Wuzi Yanzong decoction in the treatment of male oligospermia and asthenospermia.Methods:From August 2017 to December 2018,84 cases of oligospermia and asthenospermia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with modifiedWuzi Yanzong decoction and the control group with conventional western medicine.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of the semen volume,sperm density,sperm survival rate and blood testosterone water in the observation group were higher than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wuzi Yanzong decoction is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of male oligospermia and asthenospermia.
