摘  要:目的:分析MSCT、MRI联合运用在盂肱关节前脱位肱骨Hill-Sachs损伤中的应用效果。方法:2015年1月-2019年6月收治盂肱关节前脱位肱骨Hill-Sachs损伤患者58例,随机分为三组。A组采用MSCT进行诊断;B组采用MRI诊断;C组采用MSCT联合MRI。比较三组诊断效果。结果:C组对肱骨压缩骨折、肱骨骨挫裂伤、肩袖损伤的诊断准确率明显高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对盂肱关节前脱位肱骨Hill-Sachs损伤患者采用MSCT联合MRI可实现对疾病的准确诊断,其为临床制定具体手术方案、治疗有重要参考。Objective:To analyze the effect of combined application of MSCT and MRI in humeral Hill-Sachs injury of anterior dislocation of glenohumeral joint.Methods:From January 2015 to June 2019,58 patients with Hill-Sachs injury of humerus in anterior dislocation of glenohumeral joint were selected,they were randomly divided into the three groups.The group A was diagnosed by MSCT,the group B was diagnosed by MRI,and the group C was diagnosed by MSCT combined with MRI.The diagnosis effect of the three groups was compared.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of humeral compression fracture,humeral contusion and laceration and rotator cuff injury in the group C was significantly higher than that in the group An and the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with Hill-Sachs injury of humerus in anterior dislocation of glenohumeral joint,using MSCT and MRI can achieve accurate diagnosis of the disease,which is an important reference for the development of specific surgical plans and treatments.
