摘　　要：目的:探讨CYP19基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症患者术后复发的相关性。方法:2019年1-3月收治子宫内膜异位症患者80例,所有患者随访1年,每隔3个月返院复诊,于随访1年时抽取清晨空腹静脉血1~2 mL进行CYP19基因检测。结果:经过1年随访,80例患者中,复发32例,术后复发率为40.0%。复发组32例,CYP19基因分布为30例,CYP19基因分布频率为93.75%;CYP19基因突变24例,CYP19基因突变频率为75.0%;未复发组48例,CYP19基因分布2例,CYP19基因分布频率为4.2%,无CYP19基因突变;两组CYP19基因分布频率和突变频率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CYP19基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症术后复发有密切关系,是判定术后复发的重要指标之一。Objective:To explore the correlation between gene polymorphism of CYP19 and postoperative recurrence of patients with endometriosis.Methods:From January to March 2019,80 patients with endometriosis were enrolled,all patients were followed up for 1 year and returned to hospital every 3 months for further consultation,one-two mL of early morning fasting venous blood were taken before discharge and 1 year follow-up for CYP19 gene detecting.Results:After 1 year follow-up,32 cases had recurrence,the postoperative recurrence rate was 40.0%.There were 32 cases in recurrence group,30 cases were in CYP19 gene distribution,the frequency of CYP19 gene distribution was 93.75%.24 cases were CYP19 mutation,the frequency was 75.0%.There were 48 cases without recurrence,2 cases with in CYP19 gene distribution,the frequency of CYP19 gene distribution was 4.2%,no CYP19 gene mutation,comparison of CYP19 gene distribution frequency and mutation frequency between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CYP19 gene polymorphism is closely related to postoperative recurrence of endometriosis and it is one of the important indexes to determine postoperative recurrence.
