摘　　要：目的:分析2型糖尿病合并冠心病的护理效果。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理;观察组在常规护理的基础上进行临床综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规护理联合临床综合护理干预在2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的护理中有良好的疗效,有助于改善患者血糖水平。Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 84.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the fasting blood glucose and blood glucose level of the observation group after intervention were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Routine nursing combined with clinical comprehensive nursing intervention has a good effect in the nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease,which is helpful to improve the nursing satisfaction of the patients.
