小儿急性上呼吸道感染护理中舒适护理模式的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿急性上呼吸道感染护理中舒适护理模式的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年6月收治小儿急性上呼吸道感染患者80例,依据不同护理方式分为两组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理模式;试验组给予舒适护理模式。比较两组临床疗效和症状消失时间。结果:试验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,各症状消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿急性上呼吸道感染护理中应用舒适护理模式,有助于患儿临床症状的改善,且治疗效果较为理想。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing mode in nursing of children with acute upper respiratory infection.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,80 cases of children with acute upper respiratory infection were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing mode.The experimental group was given comfort nursing mode.The clinical efficacy and symptoms disappearance time between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the disappearance time of each symptom was shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing mode in the nursing of children with acute upper respiratory infection is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and the therapeutic effect is ideal.
