低频超声治疗下肢骨折后关节活动受限的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨低频超声康复疗法治疗下肢骨折后关节活动受限的疗效.方法 52例下肢骨折后关节活动受限患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和实验组,各26例.对照组采用局部推拿和电针手法,实验组在对照组的基础上再进行低频超声治疗.比较两组治疗前后关节活动度(ROM)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Lysholm膝关节评分.结果 治疗后,实验组VAS评分(5.16±1.01)分,Lysholm评分(62.38±11.50)分;对照组VAS评分(5.70±1.26)分,Lysholm评分(54.70±12.63)分,两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低且实验组低于对照组,Lysholm评分均较治疗前升高且实验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,实验组膝关节活动度,踝关节跖屈角度、背伸角度分别为(79.18±12.93)、(35.7±3.65)、(16.50±3.61)°,对照组分别为(69.80±10.79)、(30.20±3.27)、(11.32±3.75)°,两组膝关节活动度,踝关节跖屈角度、背伸角度均较治疗前升高且实验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 低频超声康复疗法对下肢骨折后关节活动受限的改善效果优于传统方法.Objective To discuss the efficacy of low-frequency ultrasound rehabilitation therapy on limited range of joint movement after fracture of lower extremity.Methods A total of 52 patients with limited range of joint movement after fracture of lower extremity were divided into control group and experimental group by random numerical table,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated by local massage and electroacupuncture,and the experimental group was treated by low-frequency ultrasound on the basis of the control group.The range of movement(ROM),visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Lysholm knee score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS score and Lysholm score of the experimental group were(5.16±1.01)and(62.38±11.50)points,which were(5.70±1.26)and(54.70±12.63)points of the control group.After treatment,VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group.After treatment,Lysholm score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Knee joint mobility,ankle plantar flexion angle,back extension angle of the experimental group were(79.18±12.93),(35.7±3.65),(16.50±3.61)°,which were(69.80±10.79),(30.20±3.27),(11.32±3.75)°of the control group.The Knee joint mobility,ankle plantar flexion angle,back extension angle of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency ultrasound rehabilitation therapy is superior to traditional methods in improving limited range of joint movement after fracture of lower extremity.
