摘　　要：前沿外科手术队(Forward Surgical Team,FST)是一支主要在战场Ⅱ级救治阶梯开展紧急损害控制手术、损害控制性复苏和高级生命支持的救护卫勤力量,通常由16~20名训练有素、配合默契的医疗救援人员组成,具有极强的机动性和较好的持续作业能力。本文将结合美军FST的部署方案,对FST团队中非常重要却又容易被忽视的护理人员的组成情况和任务职责展开论述,在系统介绍美军FST的发展历史、基本职能和人员组成的基础上,重点对其中护理人员具体职责、人员分工、配合协作、培训方案等多方面进行探讨,从而论述其对我国战场救援机动卫勤力量中护理团队建设的启示和意义。The Forward Surgical Team(FST)is a medical force which mainly carries out emergency damage control surgery(DCS),damage control resuscitation(DCR)and advanced life support on the level II rescue ladder in the battlefield.It is usually composed of 16~20 well-trained and tacit medical rescue personnel,with strong mobility and good continuous operation ability.Based on the US Army's deployment plan of the FST,this paper discusses the composition and task responsibilities of the nursing staff who are very important but easy to be ignored in the FST team.On the basis of systematically introducing the development history,basic functions and personnel composition of US Army's FST,we probe into the specific responsibilities,personnel division,cooperation,training programs and other aspects of nursing staff,so as to expound its enlightenment and significance to the construction of nursing team in the medical service force of battlefield rescue in China.
