摘　　要：目的:探讨强化护理流程在脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法:选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第904医院2018年12月至2019年12月收治的84例脑出血患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组42例,对照组行传统的护理方法,实验组在对照组的基础上强化护理流程。比较两组在护理后的Fugl Meyer评分、Barthel评分、疾病认知评分和护理满意度。结果:实验组的Fugl Meyer评分、Barthel评分、疾病认知评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);调查患者和家属对此次护理满意度发现:实验组患者的满意度达95.2%(40/42),而对照组的满意度为81.0%(34/42),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑出血患者实行强化护理流程可以有效缓解患者的病情,提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床上推广。Objective: To investigate the effect of strengthening the nursing process in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: The 84 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from December 2018 to December 2019 in the 904 Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the People’s Liberation Army of China were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each with 42 cases. The control group were treated with the traditional nursing, and the experimental group patients were treated in strengthening the nursing process on the basis of the control group. The Fugl Meyer grade, Barthel grade, cognitive score and nursing satisfaction after the nursing were compared between the two groups. Results: The Fugl Meyer score, Barthel score, and cognitive score of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the patient and family satisfaction was 95.2%(40 cases) in the experimental group, which was statistically significantthan that in the control group [81.0%(34 cases)](P<0.05). Conclusion: The strengthened nursing process in the patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively alleviate the patient’s condition, and improve the nursing satisfaction, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
