摘  要:为了研究奶牛隐性乳腺炎性金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)的分子分型与药物敏感性,揭示分子分型与耐药性之间的关系,从南疆巴州地区部分奶牛场隐性乳腺炎样品中分离鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌,采用MLST分型方法进行分子分型,KB纸片法检测对五种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果表明,分离获得的25株金黄色葡萄球菌分别属于7个序列型(STs):ST22、ST398、ST5405、ST5406、ST5812、ST5819和ST5820,其中ST5812、ST5819、ST5820为新序列型。药物敏感性实验结果表明,25株金黄色葡萄球菌对诺氟沙星和克林霉素的耐药率最高,均为36%;其次为庆大霉素,耐药率为28%;对头孢西丁及头孢噻吩均敏感;属于ST398的9株菌均为多重耐药菌株。说明MLST分型与药物敏感性存在一定的相关性。In order to study the molecular typing and drug susceptibility of Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)isolated from cows with subclinical mastitis and to reveal the relationship between molecular typing and drug resistance,S.aureus was isolated and identified from subclinical mastitis milk samples in some dairy farms of Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture.Multi-locus sequence typing(MLST)method was performed to identify the molecular type of S.aureus isolates,and the agar diffusion(Kirby-Bauer)method was used to detect drug susceptibility against five antimicrobials.The results showed that the isolated 25 strains of S.aureus were divided into 7 sequence types(STs):ST22,ST398,ST5405,ST5406,ST5812,ST5819 and ST5820.Importantly,the three STs,including ST5812,ST5819,and ST5820 were new STs.The 25 S.aureus strains had the highest resistance rate of 36%to norfloxacin and clindamycin followed by gentamicin(28%)and exhibited a drug susceptibility to cefoxitin and ceftofur.Additionally,the 9 strains belonging to ST398 were multi-drug resistant(MDR)strains.Our results suggest that a certain correlation exist between MLST typing and drug resistance.
