摘　　要：抗击新冠肺炎疫情战役中,如何对捐赠物资进行高效、透明的管理,成为许多医院亟需解决的问题。通过介绍我院吸引社会捐赠物资、规范捐赠物资管理的做法,发现目前接受捐赠存在公信力下降、治理结构不完善、自律机制不健全、管理效率落后等问题。针对问题提出进一步完善慈善信息发布制度,强化捐赠人的监督,制定优惠的税收政策和简化捐赠流程,建立高效运作、利于捐赠方和受捐方信息沟通的互联网捐赠平台等针对性的对策建议。During the battle against the outbreak of COVID-19 pneumonia,how to manage the donated materials in an efficient and transparent manner has become a pressing issue for many hospitals.This paper introduces the practice in soliciting social donations and standardizing the donation management in our hospital.Problems were needed to be solved,such as reduced credibility,non-optimized governance structure,undefined self-regulatory mechanisms and low management efficiency.Countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to improve the information dissemination system,strengthen the supervision of donors,develop preferential tax policies,simplify the donation process and establish an Internet donation platform that operates efficiently and facilitates information communication between donors and recipients.
