摘　　要：目的:探讨rhaFGF外用对跟骨骨折术后切口愈合的疗效。方法:选择2016年1月至2017年12月我院住院跟骨骨折患者60例。治疗组采用清洁换药后外用rhaFGF治疗,对照组常规清洁换药,不予任何药物。ELISA法检测术前、术后1 d、术后14 d血清bFGF、KGF、VEGF含量,并且评估切口干燥时间、切口愈合时间、术后24 h引流量。结果:治疗组切口干燥时间、切口愈合时间、术后24 h引流量均显著优于对照组(P<0.01),术后14 d bFGF、KGF、VEGF含量均较对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:rhaFGF对跟骨骨折术后切口愈合有明显改善,可明显减少引流量,缩短切口愈合时间。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of external application of rhaFGF on incision healing after calcaneus fracture operation.Methods:60 inpatients with calcaneus fracture in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected.The treatment group was treated with rhaFGF after cleaning and changes of dressing while the control group receiving routine cleaning and change of dressing without any drugs.The levels of bFGF,KGF and VEGF in serum were measured by ELISA before operation,1 day after operation and 14 days after operation.Results:The incision drying time,incision healing time and drainage volume 24 hours after operation in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01);the bFGF,KGF and VEGF were significantly increased 14 days after operation compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:External application of rhaFGF can improve incision healing,reduce postoperative drainage,shorten the time of incision healing,and promote early postoperative rehabilitation.
