摘　　要：目的:分析自制利器盒固定架防护艾滋病病房医务人员针刺伤的效果。方法:2017年2月在成都市某艾滋病病房应用自制利器盒固定架,对比分析应用前2年与应用后2年针刺伤发生率及护士工作满意度。结果:2015年1月至2017年1月针刺伤发生率为11.32%,护士工作满意度为73.33%;2017年2月至2019年2月针刺伤发生率为0.00%,护士工作满意度为96.77%。针刺伤发生率和护士工作满意度在利器盒固定架实施前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制利器盒固定架的使用大大降低了针刺伤发生率,保证了艾滋病病房医务工作者的职业安全,提高了护士工作满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of self-made sharp instrument box fixator on preventing needle-stick injuries of medical staff in AIDS ward.Methods:In February 2017,a self-made sharp instrument box fixator was used in an AIDS ward in Chengdu.The incidence of needle-stick injuries and nurses's job satisfaction in the first two years and the second years after the fixator application were compared and analyzed.Results:From January 2015 to January 2017,the incidence of needle-stick injuries was 11.32%,and nurses'job satisfaction was 73.33%.From February 2017 to February 2019,the incidence of needle-stick injuries was 0.00%,and nurses'job satisfaction was 96.77%.The incidence of needle-stick injuries and nurses'job satisfaction before and after the implementation of the sharp instrument box fixator had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of self-made sharp instrument box fixator greatly reduces the incidence of needle-stick injuries,ensures the occupational safety of medical staff in AIDS ward,and improves nurses'job satisfaction.
