摘　　要：目的通过对医院医务人员和管理人员进行调研,探索医疗服务价格动态调整的政策现状以及影响因素。方法运用SPSS25.0软件对数据进行描述性统计分析,并对医务人员与管理人员两部分人群用χ2检验对医疗服务的自主定价情况、医疗服务价格合理性以及医院医疗服务的定价进行评价。结果医疗服务价格不合理,各地的医疗服务收费标准需要调整;在医院对医疗服务价格调整影响较大的因素主要是价格政策(20.78%),其次是医疗服务成本(18.38%),再者是医保支付水平(14.34%);医护人员和管理人员对医疗服务价格核定主体和合理性的看法均有显著性差异。结论政府应加大财政补贴投入,深化公立医院改革,价格调整政策应适应动态变化的项目成本,医院应调整收入结构。Objective Through the investigation of hospital medical staff and managers,to explore the policy status and influencing factors of dynamic adjustment of medical service price. Methods Descriptive statistical analysis of data was carried out by SPSS 25.0 software. Chi-square test was used to evaluate the self-pricing of medical services,the rationality of medical services prices and the pricing of medical services in hospitals. Results The price of medical service is unreasonable,and the standard of medical service charge needs to be adjusted. The main factors influencing the price adjustment of medical service in hospitals are price policy(20.78%),medical service cost(18.38%)and medical insurance payment leve(l14.34%). There are significant differences between the views of managers and medical staff on the price verification subject and rationality of medical service price. Conclusion Therefore, it is suggested that the government should increase the financial subsidy investment, strengthen the reform of hospitals,adjust the price policy to the dynamic changes of costs and the income structure of hospitals.
