摘  要:立足新形势下大型公立医院战略发展目标,借鉴目标管理法、平衡计分卡、关键指标法等绩效评价工具,设计、架构医院内部绩效考核指标体系,开展绩效评价和绩效管理。在实践中总结经验,通过制定优化策略,探索实施精细化、差异化的医院绩效管理模式,为进一步完善医院绩效管理应用提供实证基础。Based on strategic development objective in large public hospitals in the new circumstances,a set of indicator system of domestic performance review in hospitals will be designed and built up by referring to the performance assessment tools such as BSC,MBO,KPI and so on so as to evaluate and manage performance. The experience summarized in practice will be used to lay down optimum strategies. A meticulous management pattern of performance featuring differentiation in hospitals will be further improved,explored and implemented,which will provide empirical evidence for the application of performance management in hospitals.
