临床护理路径在围手术期肺癌病人肺康复管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的调查研究临床护理路径在围手术期肺癌病人肺康复管理中的临床成效。方法取2018年5月-2019年5月某院胸外科肺癌手术病人分对照组45例(常规护理),干预组45例(路径化护理)。对比两组术后呼吸功能、肺部并发症、放置胸管时间及住院天数。结果术后干预组第3 d及出院前1 d的MVV%、FVC%、FEV1%显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺部并发症发生率、放置胸管时间、住院天数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在围手术期肺癌病人肺康复管理中应用临床护理路径,能促进病人术后呼吸功能提高,降低肺部并发症情况,缩短放置胸管时间及住院天数,具有临床重要意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clinical nursing pathway in pulmonary rehabilitation management of peri⁃operative patients with lung cancer.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,45 patients undergoing thoracic surgery for lung cancer in our hospital were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(routine nursing).Respiratory function,pulmonary complications,chest tube placement time and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The MVV%,FVC%and FEV1%on the 3rd day and 1st day before discharge in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pulmonary complications,the time of chest tube placement,and the length of hospital stay were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in pulmonary rehabilitation management of perioperative lung cancer patients can promote the improvement of postoperative respiratory function,reduce pulmonary complications,shorten the time of chest tube place⁃ment and hospital stay,which is of clinical significance.
