摘　　要：为了改善产品质量,对电动三轮车生产线进行改造。技术改造方案采用PLC控制的4自由度自动控制焊接专用设备,完成电动三轮车车邦多点自动控制焊接流水线生产,实现了自动送料、自动焊接、自动翻转、自动焊接背面、自动送入物料车的流水线自动工作流程,从而提高了生产效率和产品质量。In order to improve the product quality,the electric tricycle production line is transformed.Technical renovation scheme adopts 4 degrees of freedom of automatic control welding special equipment controlled by PLC to complete the multi-point automatic control welding assembly line production of the electric tricycles,realized the automatic feeding,automatic welding,automatic flip,automatic welding the other side,automatic feeding into the material cars of an automated workflow,thus improving the production efficiency and product quality.
