摘  要:乳果糖是一种具有益生元样作用的双糖,可促进肠道内双歧杆菌的生长。除了被应用于临床治疗便秘和肝性脑病等疾病外,在食品领域也有着广泛应用。为了更加贴近母乳喂养的效果,在婴幼儿配方奶粉中添加异构化乳糖,异构化乳糖的安全性、是否能发挥一定的健康效能值得关注。Lactulose,also known as isomerized lactose,is a prebiotic-like disaccharide that can promote the growth of bifidobacteria in the intestine.In addition to being used for clinical treatment of diseases such as constipation and hepatic encephalopathy,it is also widely used in food.As a special group,infants and toddlers have special needs for nutrition.When breastfeeding is not available for various reasons,formula milk powder has become the main source of nutrition for infants and toddlers.In order to be closer to the effect of breastfeeding,isomerized lactose begins to be added in infant formula,and during the application process,the safety of isomerized lactose,whether it can exert certain health effects,and the existing research evidence deserve more attention.
