摘 要:依照国家规程和国际标准,橡胶硬度计需要定期进行检定校准。为提高检定效率和准确性,采用力与位移同步测量技术,设计基于力与位移同步跟踪的橡胶硬度计校准装置,实现连续实时记录力与位移,并与理论值进行比较分析,从而实现多点校准。校准结果可以插补使用,并作为评价该仪器的依据。该装置主要应用于计量机构,可提高A型邵氏硬度计检定校准工作效率和可靠性。According to national regulations and international standards, rubber hardness tester needs to be calibrated regularly. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the verification, the synchronous measurement technology of force and displacement is used to realize continuous real-time recording of force and displacement, and to compare and analyze with the theoretical value, so as to achieve multi-point calibration. The calibration results can be imputed and used as the basis for evaluating the instrument. The device can meet verification regulation, and is mainly used in the metrological organization. It can improve the verification and calibration efficiency and reliability of Shore A hardness tester.
