摘  要:基于中移OneNET云平台设计ZH强磁选机冲洗水水压监测系统,运用扩散硅压力变送器SIN-P300进行液压测量,利用模拟采集模块DAQM4206采集液压信号。数据以modbus RTU协议通过RS485接口传输到物联网网关4G DTU(TAS-L15)模块上,通过4G DTU的modbus TCP/RTU转换功能,将数据以modbus TCP协议通过RS485串口转4G传输到中移OneNET云平台。利用中移OneNET平台的多协议接入功能和数据可视化view功能,实现了ZH强磁选机冲洗水流量监测系统设计。运行结果表明,可以实现系统实时监控与实时水压曲线显示,实现数据存储和历史数据查询功能,实现设备上云。Based on OneNET,China Mobile′s cloud-based open platform,a wash-water pressure monitoring system was designed for ZH-type high intensity magnetic separator(HIMS).In this system,the diffusion silicon pressure transmitter,SIN-P300,is used to measure the hydraulic pressure,and DAQM4206 module is used to collect the hydraulic signals.The data is transmitted to 4 G DTU(TAS-L15)module of the Internet of Things(IOT)gateway by Modbus RTU protocol through RS485 interface,and transferred to the OneNET cloud-based platform by Modbus TCP protocol through RS485 serial port using Modbus TCP/RTU conversion function of 4 G DTU.Based on the functions of multi-protocol access and the data visualization of OneNET,a monitoring system for the wash water flow rate monitoring system is constructed for ZH HIMS.The results of the trial operation show that this system can actualize the real-time monitoring and display of real-time water pressure curve,as well as functions of data storage and historical data retrieval,thus realizing cloud-enabled equipment.
