摘 要:以天然锰矿作为吸收剂和催化剂,对模拟工业烟气进行连续干法脱硫和选择性催化还原脱硝实验研究。结果表明,锰矿作为SO2吸收剂时具有较高的脱硫率和硫容,作为NO催化剂时具有较高的脱硝率和较宽的工作温度窗口。天然锰矿烟气脱硫脱硝一体化实验中,脱硫率和脱硝率分别达到99%和96%以上。此外,脱硝过程失活的锰矿还可以作脱硫过程的吸收剂,提高了锰矿的综合利用率。Experiments of continuous dry desulfurization and denitration by selective catalytic reduction were carried out with natural manganese ore as an absorbent and catalyst for the simulated industrial flue gas.The results show that natural manganese ores can not only has a higher desulfurization rate and sulfur capacity as SO2 absorbent,but also has a higher denitration rate and wide range of operating temperature as NO catalyst.The experiment of the integrated process of desulfurization and denitration with natural manganese ores showed the desulfurization rate and denitration rate were up to 99%and over 96%respectively.In addition,manganese ore that is deactivated in the denitration process can also be used as an absorbent for the desulfurization process,which can improve the comprehensive utilization of manganese ore.
