摘  要:目的:建立赫哲族正常人群肺通气功能的预测方程,为后续评估赫哲族人群肺功能状况和呼吸系统疾病预测提供依据。方法:采用便携式肺功能仪对随机抽取的112名赫哲族健康成年人(男52人,女60人)进行肺功能检测,检测指标包括肺容量指标:最大肺活量(VCMAX);通气功能:用力呼气肺活量(FVC)、用力呼气1秒量(FEV1)、1秒率(FEV1/FVC);小气道指标:呼气流量(PEF)、用力呼气中期流速(MMEF75/25)、MEF75、MEF50、MEF25,以身高、体重、年龄为自变量,按性别分组后采用逐步回归分析方法,建立各肺功能指标的多元线性回归方程。结果:同一肺功能指标(除FEV1/FVC外)在男女性之间存在差异(P<0.05),且同一肺功能指标值男性大于女性。同一性别的同一肺功能指标值在<50岁年龄组中要≥50岁及以上组。在多元线性回归方程中显示,男性年龄、身高、体重最终进入回归方程,FEV1=-4.8340+0.0550×年龄-0.0200×身高,FVC=-11.1870+0.090×身高,VC MAX=-11.5050+0.0930×身高,PEF=1.9630+0.0870×体重,MEF75=2.3880+0.0680×体重,MEF50=6.6290-0.0390×年龄,MEF25=3.0360-0.0310×年龄,MMEF75/25=5.5830-0.0390×年龄。女性年龄和身高最终进入回归方程,FEV1=-0.6990+0.0250×年龄-0.0130身高,FVC=-2.4920+0.0350×年龄,FEV1/FVC=0.9350-0.0020×年龄,VCMAX=-2.2710+0.0340×身高,MEF25=2.4980-0.0290×年龄,MEF75/25=4.1200-0.0300×年龄。结论:该研究首次建立赫哲族健康人群肺功能正常值及回归方程式,年龄和身高是肺通气功能的主要影响因素,体重在个别肺功能指标中有影响。Objective:To establish a pulmonary ventilation function prediction equation for the healthy popula-tion of hezhen nationality,so as to provide a basis for the evaluation of lung function and the prediction of respirato-ry diseases in the population of hezhen nationality.Methods:One hundred and twelve healthy adults of hezhen na-tionality(52 males and 60 females)were randomly selected with portable lung function instrument for lung function detection.Lung volume index included:maximum vital capacity(VCMAX);Ventilation function:forced expiratory vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory capacity for 1 second(FEV1),forced expiratory capacity for 1 second(FEV1/FVC);Small airway indicators:expiratory flow(PEF),forced midexpiratory flow rate(mmef75/25),MEF75,MEF50,MEF25.Taking height,weight and age as independent variables,the stepwise regression analysis method was used to establish multiple linear regression equations for lung function indicators after grouping by gen-der.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the same lung function indicators between different genders,and all indicators were higher in males than in females(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in FEV1/FVC between different genders(P<0.05).In the same sex,the lung function indexes of the age group<50 years old were higher than those of the age group≥50 years old.The multiple linear regression equation shows that the male's age,height and weight finally enter the regression equation.FEV1=-4.8340+0.0550×age-0.0200×height,FVC=-11.1870+0.090×height,VC MAX=-11.5050+0.0930×height,PEF=1.9630+0.0870×weight,MEF75=6.6290-0.0680×age,MEF50=6.6290-0.0390×age,MEF25=3.0360-0.0310×age,MMEF75/25=5.5830-0.0390×age.The woman's age and height eventually entered the regres-sion equation.FEV1=-0.6990+0.0250×age-0.0130×height,FVC=-2.4920+0.0350×age,FEV1/FVC=0.9350-0.0020×age,VCMAX=-2.2710+0.0340×height,MEF25=2.4980-0.0290×age,mef75/25=4.1200-0.0300×age.Conclusion:This study established the normal value and regression equation of lun
