摘  要:目的:对该院2017-01~2018-12鲍曼不动杆菌的分布情况及耐药性特点进行分析,为医院防控管理、临床合理使用抗生素提供实验室依据。方法:通过VITEK-2配套试剂板及Walk Away40 Plus检测板进行菌种鉴定及药敏,按照最新CLSI标准进行比对。结果:共收集不重复菌株427株,临床科室分布以ICU和急诊ICU为主,标本类型以痰液标本为主。鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南耐药率最高,为62.5%;对头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、环丙沙星、氨曲南耐药率>50%。结论:临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌以呼吸道标本为主,且耐药情况严重,以ICU感染最为严重,临床应规范抗生素的使用,加大临床感控监测力度。Objective:To analyze the distribution of acinetobacter baumannii and its characteristics of drug re-sistance,so as to provide a laboratory basis for hospital control management and rational clinical use of antibiotics.Methods:The distribution and drug resistance characteristics of acinetobacter baumannii were analyzed from Janu-ary 2017 to December 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University.Strain identification and drug sen-sitivity test were conducted through vitek-2 matching reagent board and Walk Away 40 Plus test board.Compari-son was conducted according to the latest CLSI standard.Results:A total of 427 non-repeating strains were col-lected.The clinical departments were mainly distributed in ICU and emergency ICU,and the specimens were main-ly sputum specimens.Acinetobacter baumannii had the highest drug resistance rate to imipenem(62.5%).The drug resistance rates to ceftazidime,cefepime,ciprofloxacin and aminotriannan were all greater than 50%.Conclu-sion:the clinical isolation of acinetobacter baumannii was dominated by respiratory specimens,and the drug resist-ance was serious,and the ICU infection was the most serious.We should standardize the use of antibiotics and strengthen the monitoring of clinical infection control.
