摘  要:为探究重金属污染治理及重金属污染植物修复,选用洋甘菊为试验材料,通过室内土培试验,研究不同浓度Pb-Cd处理对洋甘菊的根系活力、土壤中重金属含量和花卉中重金属含量的影响。结果表明:当镉浓度达到80 mg·kg-1时根系活力明显下降;浓度在100~500 mg·kg-1的铅处理时对根系活力有促进现象;铅和镉复合处理浓度达到60+300 mg·kg-1时对根系活力有抑制现象。在不同浓度重金属污染下,重金属浓度越高,土壤中重金属的剩余量就越多,说明洋甘菊对重金属铅和镉的吸收具有一定的限度。当铅处理浓度达到500 mg·kg-1时,洋甘菊吸收铅的含量明显下降;当镉处理浓度达到100 mg·kg-1时,洋甘菊吸收镉的含量明显下降;当铅和镉复合处理浓度达到100+500 mg·kg-1时,洋甘菊吸收铅和镉的含量均降低。洋甘菊对外界铅和镉胁迫具有一定的耐性,对修复铅和镉污染的土壤具有一定意义。In order to explore the treatment of heavy metal pollution and phytoremediation of heavy metal pollution,chamomile was selected as the experimental material,the effects of Pb-Cd treatment on root activity,heavy metal content in soil and heavy metal content in flowers of chamomile were studied.The results showed that the root activity decreased when the concentration of cadmium reached 80 mg·kg-1,and promoted when the concentration of cadmium was 100-500 mg·kg-1.When the concentration of Pb and Cd reached 60+300 mg·kg-1,the root activity was inhibited.Under different concentrations of heavy metals pollution,the higher the concentration of heavy metals,the more the residual heavy metals in the soil,which indicates that the absorption capacity of chamomile to lead and cadmium is limited.When the concentration of Pb was 500 mg·kg-1,the absorption of Pb by chamomile decreased obviously;when the concentration of Cd was 100 mg·kg-1,the absorption of Cd by chamomile decreased obviously;when the combined concentration of Pb and Cd was 100+500 mg·kg-1,the absorption of lead and cadmium in chamomile decreased.Chamomile has a certain tolerance to external lead and cadmium stress,and has a certain significance for remediation of lead and cadmium contaminated soil.
