摘　　要：慢性乙型病毒性肝炎在临床上属常见的传染性疾病,多慢性迁延不愈且临床治愈率低,对患者的身体健康和心理健康都产生了深远的影响,失眠是慢乙肝病程中常见的并发症,长久的失眠极大的影响了患者的正常生活和工作质量,也会增加罹患其他疾病的风险[1-4]。重庆市中医院肝病科陈新瑜主任中医师结合四诊信息精准辨证,对慢乙肝相关性不寐的诊疗有独到见解,系统把握该病的病因病机、诊断方法、治法治则及处方用药,创立的菖远消郁汤在治疗湿毒内伏、肝郁脾虚型慢乙肝相关性不寐的临床实际应用中取得良好疗效,将其总结如下。Chronic hepatitis B is a common infectious disease in the clinic.Most of them are chronically intractable and have a low clinical cure rate.They have a profound impact on the physical and mental health of patients.Insomnia is common in the course of chronic hepatitis B.Complications,long-term insomnia greatly affect the patient’s normal life and work quality,but also increase the risk of other diseases.CHEN Xinyu,chief physician of the Department of Hepatology,Chongqing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,combined with the accurate diagnosis of the four diagnosis information,has unique insights into the diagnosis and treatment of chronic hepatitis B related insomnia,systematically grasps the etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis methods,treatment rules and prescription drugs of the disease,and founded Changyuan Xiaoyu decoction has achieved good results in the clinical application of the treatment of insomnia associated with damp poisoning,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type chronic hepatitis B,which is summarized as follows.
