摘　　要：倾倒综合征为胃大部分切除术后并发症,中医多论之为“腹痛”、“腹泻”。发病机制为胃癌术后气血津液大伤,放化疗后损伤胃气,脾胃受损,脾虚运化不健、痰浊内生。导师张红教授在临床灵活运用辨病和辨证相结合的中医诊疗方法,以益气健脾化湿,温涩固脱止泻为主要治疗方法,合用六君子汤、赤石脂禹余粮汤,临证加减,改善患者的临床症状,防治术后复发、转移,减轻放化疗不良反应。Dumping syndrome is a complication after most gastrectomy.Traditional Chinese medicine talks about“abdominal pain”and“diarrhea”.The pathogenesis is a serious injury of qi and blood fluid after gastric cancer surgery,gastric gas after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,spleen and stomach injury,spleen deficiency and unsound transport,and phlegm turbidity.Instructor Professor ZHANG Hong flexibly used the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment method combining disease identification and syndrome differentiation in clinical practice,with the main treatment methods of nourishing qi,strengthening the spleen and dampness,warming,astringent and diarrhea,and combining Liujunzi decoction,Chishi Zhiyu Yuliang decoction,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,prevent postoperative recurrence and metastasis,and alleviate adverse reactions of radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
